The Final Hours is a Damascus College drama growth that will run for four shows, Beginning on Tuesday and polishing off this Good Friday.

The production involves a cast and crew of more than 40 students from Years 8 12.

Damascus College’s performing arts co ordinator Andrew Seeary that for more than a quarter of a century, The Final Hours had been a tradition at the faculty.

He said through 14 private seasons, The Final Hours had been presented as well of year, with similar words, Same content and the same music.

Mr Seeary said the production had proudly always been one of Damascus College’s longest running traditions.

“The production is the proclamation of our identity as a Catholic school by the dramatic retelling of one of the Gospel’s central stories and yet actively serving our college motto to ‘Live by the light of Christ’, he explained.

The proficiency will again utilise both interior and exterior locations around the Damascus College grounds and involve more than 40 students in both acting and technical roles.

The play showcases not only the talents and skills of these students but the wonderful splendor and architecture of the Mount Clear site, Mr Seeary documented.
